Job summary

Kwetta Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Production and Procurement, building the systems and leadership needed to scale our manufacturing operation. You will collaborate across Engineering, Sales and Service to ensure end-to-end efficiency and quality as we grow globally.

You will drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements and oversee ERP/MRP implementations, with a focus on high mix, high value products and offshore capabilities.

Qualifications

• An experienced manufacturing Operations Manager leading complex environments
• Deep experience in high mix, high value manufacturing
• Proven experience implementing and operating MRP/ERP systems
• Experience establishing or scaling offshore manufacturing capability
• A strategic, collaborative leader with cross-functional influence
• A continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma)
• Electrical manufacturing background advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead Production and Procurement while building systems, capability and leadership
• Strengthen the supply chain and collaborate with Engineering on manufacturability
• Shape Kwetta's growth with senior leadership and across Sales/Service
• Build scalable manufacturing systems to enable faster global growth
• Support offshore manufacturing capabilities and cross-border integration
