Job summary

Comvita seeks a Human Resources Lead to steer high-performing teams, deliver scalable HR services, and drive positive change across a globally distributed organisation. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will lead HR operations, payroll, remuneration reviews and HRIS initiatives to support organisational performance and employee experience.

You will partner with Market Leaders and Executive Leadership, shaping people strategies in a fast-paced, hybrid and globally connected

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with strong operational leadership capability.
• Proven ability to lead HR projects and improvements across multiple countries.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee HRIS, payroll processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead remuneration reviews, job sizing and salary benchmarking.
• Use people data and insights to drive better business decisions.
• Manage employee relations, performance and change processes.
• Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and employees.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing HR team.
• Partner across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions.
