Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations to define the worldwide strategy for its secondary content portfolio and ensure trusted, up-to-date guidance in customer workflows and AI-generated answers.

You will lead a 150-person global team, partner with Segments, Product, Technology and Commercial stakeholders, drive GenAI-enabled editorial capabilities, and promote responsible AI practices while improving content quality, efficiency and customer value.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of global operations leadership experience with accountability for delivery and financial performance.
• Experience supporting high-level P&L stakeholders and budgets.
• Proven record leading through organizational transformation and large-scale programs.
• Background in legal-content, publishing, or information-services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set global strategy, operating roadmap, and priorities for Analytical Editorial Operations across multiple regions.
• Lead adoption and scale of GenAI-enabled content capabilities, including Agentic Content Platform and content updating.
• Collaborate with Segments, Product, Technology, Data Science, and commercial leaders to improve content delivery and activation.
• Drive improvements in content quality, turnover, customer trust, and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and human-in-the-loop controls for editorial workflows.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and investment priorities for the Analytical organization.
• Build a high-performing, global workforce through talent development and change management.
