Job summary

AECOM is seeking an exceptional leader to grow and lead its Aviation business across New Zealand. This role focuses on building a market, strengthening client relationships, developing people, and creating a nationally connected Aviation team across NZ and Australia.

You will work with airport operators, government agencies and industry partners to shape major aviation infrastructure projects, supported by AECOM's global aviation network. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in growing client relationships and winning work.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and leadership of AECOM's Aviation business across New Zealand.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with airport operators, aviation stakeholders, government agencies and industry partners.
• Lead strategic pursuits, major bids and business development activities.
• Provide leadership across project delivery, resourcing, commercial performance and team development.
• Create a clear vision for the future of Aviation within AECOM and align people around it.
