Job summary

LANZ recruitment in New Zealand is seeking an experienced dentist for a busy practice in Hamilton, Waikato. The role offers full-time work, with flexibility to 3-4 days, full patient books and a large base of 10,000 patients.

Mentoring from senior clinicians is available, with potential to earn 40% commission. The successful applicant will have 1+ years of clinical experience; orthodontic or prosthodontic experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years clinical experience
• Orthodontic and prosthodontics experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Demonstrated experience in a similar clinical role
• Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including crown and bridge, endo, restorations, extractions, and dentures
• Discuss and plan treatment with patients to ensure clear, informed decisions
• Maintain high standards of patient care in a busy practice
• Benefit from mentoring and support available from senior clinicians
