Job summary

Talinger, located in Auckland, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern applications for their global operations. About the Role

Our client is a leading digital connectivity business looking for a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and maintain a suite of modern applications that support their global operations. You'll work closely with the Director of Engineering & IT, contributing to the product roadmap and ensuring systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practice. You'll be involved across the full development lifecycle — from architecture and design through to deployment, optimisation, and ongoing support. A key part of the role is ensuring all development follows secure SDLC principles and aligns with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements. You'll bring intermediate level experience building scalable applications, strong Java / Spring Boot and JavaScript / TypeScript capability, and confidence working with RESTful APIs. Familiarity with SQL and ETL tools, secure coding practices, and modern DevOps tooling will help you hit the ground running. Experience with Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab) is also beneficial.
