Job summary

The Flying Moa in Mt Wellington is seeking Front of House superstars who love making guests smile and thrive on busy shifts. You’ll take orders, deliver food and drinks, clear tables, and help create a welcoming Kiwi pub experience.

No two days are the same; strong people skills and the ability to multitask under pressure are key. Customer service experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Willing to work in a pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables and bars.
• Clear and reset tables quickly.
• Handle payments and assist with bar duties as trained.

The Flying Moa is on the hunt for some Front of House superstars who have a knack for making friends and being energetic every day. As the key contact with our customers, you’ll be tasked with creating memorable experiences through your top-notch service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing up afterward, and maybe after some training a shift or two working the bar. No two customers (or days) are the same, so you thrive on variety and you’re a great people person who knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. In return, we’re committed to investing in you whether you need this gig for a good time or a long time. Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
