Job summary

Quest Apartment Hotels – Wellington Central is seeking a skilled and reliable team member for our front office team. NZ residency or valid working visa required; 1+ year experience in front office in hotel or motel preferred.

RMS and Siteminder experience are a bonus, but not essential. You will need excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service, cash handling skills, and proficient computing (Excel).

Qualifications

• NZ residence, NZ citizen, or hold relevant working visa.
• atleast 1 year+ experiences in Front Office in hotel or motel.
• Experience with RMS and Siteminder are preferred but not necessary.
• Good verbal and written communication skill and customer services experience.
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills as well as strong computing skills (including Microsoft Excel).
• Flexibility to work on rotating roster, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional work ethic.
• A solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and work to timeframes.
• Attitude is most important!
