About Us

Vinarchy. Redefining Wine.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.

Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.

About The Role

As a Freight Coordinator, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of New Zealand export and import operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. You’ll handle customer orders, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination with international partners. With strong attention to detail, you’ll deliver exceptional service and smooth shipment execution. This role suits someone proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced global environment.

You’ll work closely with the Customer Services & Logistics Manager and internal teams to improve processes and maintain high service standards. Your efforts will drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all freight movements. If you’re detail-driven and thrive on collaboration, this role offers a chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order to Documentation Management: Process customer orders from purchase order (PO) receipt right through to generating all necessary shipping documentation, including invoicing, product updates, and securing export approvals for both cased goods and bulk wine.
  • Logistics Coordination: Act as the direct liaison with freight forwarders and international freight providers to book logistics and ensure all required documents are in place.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide consistent customer service and support throughout the order and execution process, actively working to exceed customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Customer Services & Logistics Manager to review service levels, identify areas for improvement, and help create and maintain departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our internal Export and Commercial teams to guarantee accurate and on-time order execution.
  • System Administration: Use and maintain integrated systems (like JDE and BSM) to ensure data accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar or comparable logistics or coordination role.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and strong data entry skills are essential.
  • Operational Skills: Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with international stakeholders.
  • System Knowledge (Desirable): Experience using JDE and working in an international corporate environment is an advantage.
  • Customs: A Customs PIN is preferred but not required.
