Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations and forklift driving.
• Valid Forklift Licence.
• NCEA Level 1 or Equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• High attention to detail.
• Computer literacy (SAP, WMS, RF scanners, MS Office).
• Commitment to safety, quality and continous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Champion a ZERO-harm workplace by following safety protocols and forklift best practices.
• Maintain high hygiene and environmental standards, and support food safety initiatives.
• Receive, store, and dispatch materials accurately and efficiently. Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Maintain SAP/TekDan data integrity, follow FEFO principles, and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Support inbound, production service, and outbound operations. Train and supervise temporary staff as needed.
• Identify and report operational issues, contribute to root-cause analysis, and help implement solutions.
