Job summary

JobSpace in New Zealand is seeking an experienced forkhoist operator for our client in Manukau. You will load and unload trucks and move loaded pallets around the warehouse, with a valid forkhoist license and 1–2 years of experience.

This role is on-site, morning shift 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts. There is an ongoing pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid and up-to-date forkhoist license.
• 1–2 years of forkhoist experience.
• Ability to load/unload trucks and move pallets in a warehouse.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit to lift up to 30 kg.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move loaded pallets to different warehouse locations.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work independently and with the team to meet daily targets.
