KordaMentha NZ is seeking a Manager in Auckland to lead challenging advisory engagements, with a strong focus on Forensic and Financial Crime matters. The role involves ownership from scoping to delivery and building relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse industries.

You will manage analysts, guide delivery, and balance hands-on work with supervision. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Four to six years of advisory experience across different engagements.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from planning to delivery.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive, practical and solutions-focused with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Genuine interest in Forensic and Financial Crime work and building capability in this area.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, law or related field; professional certifications such as ACAMS/ICA are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advisory engagements from scoping and planning through to delivery.
• Manage teams and multiple workstreams, balancing hands-on delivery with oversight and coaching.
• Work with clients to develop practical financial crime advice across multiple industries and be a key contact within engagements.
• Analyse financial and non-financial information, identify issues and develop clear recommendations.
• Help clients understand and respond to financial crime risks and regulatory obligations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, regulators, lawyers and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
