Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic production environment.
• Basic computer skills to operate touchscreen machinery.
• Ability to work independently with clear communication.
• Physically able to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts.
• Must have right to work in New Zealand.
• Willingness to undergo medical check, drug screening and reference checks.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of your production zone and maintain standards.
• Set up and operate touchscreen machinery.
• Work a 12-hour shift roster.
• Perform data entry and quality control documentation.
• Conduct cleaning and sanitation routines for food safety.
• Identify and resolve defects in product or machinery.
• Collaborate with your team but work independently with clear handovers at shift changes.
