Job summary

Silver Fern Farms Te Aroha is seeking a motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our engineering team, responsible for hands-on electrical reliability, repairs and planned maintenance across a large industrial site. You will work on projects and install new site equipment, with exposure to PLCs and VSDs; full NZ EWRB electrical registration and a relevant trades qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Trades qualification and NZ EWRB registration are required.
• Experience with PLC/VSDs preferred.
• Ability to fault-find and implement timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical reliability improvements, repairs and planned maintenance on a large industrial site.
• Lead or contribute to projects and install new site equipment.
• Work within a maintenance team to ensure safety and uptime.
