Job summary

MCC Auckland is seeking a Trade-Qualified Flexographic Printer to join our team. You will operate advanced print technology to deliver client orders on time and to high-quality standards.

This role runs on three shifts, Monday to Friday, with rotating and fixed options. You will support and train Assistant Printers while maintaining safety, quality records, and a collaborative, values-driven culture at MCC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Flexo or Web Offset printing.
• Able to work across three shifts (Mon-Fri) with rotating/fixed options.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced print technology to deliver orders on time and to high-quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Inspect components and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
• Uphold quality assurance practices and maintain accurate production records.
• Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
