Farmlands Co-Operative in Morrinsville is seeking reliable team players to join our feed mill crew. This hands-on role covers daily mill operations, measuring ingredients, loading trucks, and bagging products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the mill floor team supporting feed production.
• Measure and add raw ingredients accurately into the manufacturing process.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Bag and handle feed products.
• Spot issues and help keep operations running smoothly.
• Support a strong, down-to-earth team culture.
• Full training provided – no experience needed to start.
• Exposure to modern, automated manufacturing.
• Opportunity to gain formal milling certification (NZFMA).
