Job summary
NZDF Finance seeks a seasoned Manager Financial Systems and Reporting to lead the development, maintenance and operation of NZDF’s financial systems. You will oversee the provision of quality planning, reporting, analysis and data insights to the leadership team and partner agencies.
You will manage a high performing team, drive ERP/finance system transformations (SAP preferred) and champion data quality and reporting standards to support NZDF’s long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- A professional accounting qualification equivalent to Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Broad senior finance leadership experience driving finance work streams in large, complex environments.
- Strong exposure to financial systems, planning, reporting and analytics for complex organisations.
- Experience leading ERP/finance systems transformation, SAP highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, maintenance and integration of NZDF finance systems (SAP/TM1).
- Provide high quality financial systems services, insights and reporting to NZDF leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high performing team of systems accountants and data analysts.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting standards, data quality and analytical capability.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to NZDF Finance’s long term strategy.
