Job summary

Summerset – Wellington Central is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead and deliver Finance and People & Culture transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to drive an integrated roadmap spanning people, process, technology and data, delivering measurable efficiency and improved employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven experience leading finance, HR or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong governance, programme delivery and change management knowledge.
Ability to develop business cases and provide executive recommendations.
Proven stakeholder influence and collaboration across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver an integrated transformation roadmap across Finance and People & Culture.
Establish governance frameworks, drive prioritisation, and lead delivery of transformation initiatives.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, enhance system capability, and strengthen controls.
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations, evaluate operating models and technology solutions.
Build stakeholder relationships and ensure initiatives deliver lasting benefits.
