Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, with focus on specialized equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission specialized equipment at client locations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and diagnostic checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Provide clear and concise technical reports documenting all service activities.
• Educate clients on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Respond efficiently to service calls and emergency repair requests to minimize client downtime.
