Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer in Auckland, New Zealand, to perform installation, maintenance and repairs on NCR Voyix equipment across an assigned territory. You will ensure continuous customer operations and high satisfaction through proactive servicing.

You will diagnose issues, perform replacements, and participate in site preparation, with potential travel and shift flexibility to meet SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with related experience.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair NCR Voyix equipment per SLA.
• May work outside the territory to cover projects or peak demand.
• Own customer problems to resolution and escalate as needed.
• Diagnose and repair components on NCR Voyix equipment (POS, kiosks, servers, peripherals).
• Install new or upgrade existing equipment per SOW; assist in site preparation and testing.
