Job description

Federato is on a mission to defend the right to efficient, equitable insurance for all. We enable insurers to provide affordable coverage to people and organizations facing the issues of today – the climate crisis, cyber‑attacks, social inflation, etc. Our vision is understood and well funded by those behind Salesforce, Veeva, Zoom, Box, etc.

Federato is the only AI‑native platform that spans the full policy lifecycle and changes the way insurance work gets done. Better decisioning is built‑in, not bolted on: insurers’ unique portfolio goals, strategies, rules, and appetite are part of the workflow so underwriters win the right deals, faster. From the moment a submission hits an underwriter’s inbox, AI is put to work, triaging submissions with a focus on high‑appetite business, delivering real‑time feedback on the portfolio, and consolidating workflows into a single proven system. Federato drives better business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary support and point of contact for the COO, CRO, and CTO
  • Manage complex, shifting calendars and prioritize based on strategic needs across GTM, CS, and EPD
  • Track executive commitments, deadlines, and cross‑functional action items; ensure alignment, follow‑through, and consistent accountability
  • Forecast executive prep‑time, context, and resource needs ahead of key meetings, reviews, and strategic cycles
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for multi‑city executive trips, conferences, customer visits, and offsites
  • Maintain operational documentation hygiene across shared drives, wikis, trackers, and alignment resources to support smooth cross‑functional operations
Who We Hope You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or machine learning–related roles.
  • 5–7+ years supporting senior executives in high‑growth or high‑complexity environments.
  • Demonstrated success in operations‑heavy or cross‑functional support roles (ops, program coordination, enablement, project support).
  • Mastery of high‑volume calendar management and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication, judgment, discretion, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion/wikis, Monday.com/Wrike, and shared‑drive organization best practices.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
  • Background in B2B SaaS, insurance, or high‑growth tech is a plus.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.

Here at Federato, your capabilities are important, but culture fit is quintessential. We move fast, are eager to listen to our users, take a first principles approach to solving problems, and value learning and the ability to change our minds. Most importantly, we’re here to have fun. Voluntary Self‑Identification of Disability

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
