About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to join our fantastic Canon New Zealand team based on the North Shore. This is a vital role reporting to our National Sales Manager and providing support to key members of our NZ leadership team.

No two days will be the same. You’ll take ownership of a wide variety of tasks, from diary management and travel arrangements, to supporting corporate communications with event management. In this pivotal position, your exceptional organisational skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships will ensure everything run seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing inbox, calendars, and coordinating travel requirements
  • Preparing presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and report distribution
  • Acting as a key co-ordination point for the business unit
  • Organising business unit meetings and team eventsManaging expense claims and other ad hoc financial duties
  • Coordinating third party suppliers as required
  • Coordination of Canon Australia Branch visits to New Zealand
  • Being one step ahead and continuously looking to anticipate and prepare for the needs of the team

You excel in a dynamic corporate environment and bring proven experience as a PA or EA within a complex organisation. Detail-oriented and proactive, you’re known for your initiative, exceptional prioritisation skills, and ability to manage a busy workload with ease. Confidentiality is second nature to you, and you take pride in representing the brand with professionalism.

On the technical side, you’re highly proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in PowerPoint. Most importantly, we value our vibrant, fun-loving culture—so a great sense of humour is essential!
