World Vision New Zealand is seeking an Events and Campaigns Lead to be the operational backbone of the Brand Experience team. You will plan and deliver events across our portfolio—from logistics to on-site execution—and support integrated brand campaigns with clear briefs and coordinated actions.
You will manage multiple events with tight timelines, oversee budgets, suppliers, and risk planning, and contribute to post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement.
It's not every day that a job comes along where you really can change the world.
As the Events and Campaigns Lead, you will be the operational backbone of the Brand Experience team — planning and delivering events across World Vision NZ's portfolio (Church, Philanthropy, Schools and Youth, Brand, and Gifts in Wills), while playing an active role in the coordinated delivery of integrated brand campaigns.

On the campaigns side, you keep things moving: clear briefs, tracked actions and a team that delivers as one. Across both, it's your attention to detail, collaborative approach and planning discipline that enables the Brand Experience team to deliver confidently and at pace.
