Gore New World is seeking a Customer Service Evening Supervisor/s to join our team in Gore. If you are a positive, energetic person that’s committed to world class customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

This part-time role involves supervising end-of-day tasks, maintaining checkout efficiency, ensuring safety and product knowledge, and supporting staff during evening shifts (5-9pm). Two permanent part-time roles are available: Wednesday–Saturday and Sunday–Tuesday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to supervise and support staff during evening shifts.
• Proven excellence in customer service and safety standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-day tasks for the Customer Service department.
• Maintain checkout efficiency and follow store procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Food Safety standards.
• Provide world-class customer service and accurate product knowledge.
• Support and develop team members during evening shifts.
