Projects IQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the resource consent renewal programme for a large industrial site that will shape the future regional economy. This position requires a capable project professional who can navigate regulatory processes, engage effectively with key stakeholders, and drive successful consenting outcomes.

About the Role

You will lead end-to-end resource consent projects, from early strategy and council engagement through to approval and implementation. Working across environmental, infrastructure, and iwi partnership initiatives, you'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities in a complex, regulated environment.
