Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a superstar for the Entertainment department in Queenstown. This fixed-term role runs Tue-Sat, 10:30am to 7:00pm, helping customers with entertainment needs and tech products to create an exceptional experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment, enjoy sparking conversations with customers, and bring a genuine interest in technology to the team. A customer-facing background is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role.
• Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in the Entertainment department with their needs.
• Help customers set up gaming systems or new phones, and provide product guidance.
• Engage with customers in a fast-paced environment and spark conversations to ensure an exceptional experience.

Hours Of Work Are

• Tuesday to Saturday 10:30am - 7:00pm

We are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their entertainment needs, whether it be preparing them to have the ultimate gaming setup, or getting setup with a new phone!

For this role, it's important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren’t afraid of working hard to get things done. You’re someone who likes sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. It would be great if you have a special interest in technology.
