Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise data architecture within large and complex organisations.
• Expertise in data modelling, integration architecture, data platforms, and data lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, security, and risk management practices.
• Experience developing architecture standards, principles, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• A pragmatic approach to architecture, balancing strategic direction with delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise data architecture across Kāinga Ora in alignment with strategy.
• Guide design, governance and implementation of scalable data solutions.
