Job summary

Fonterra Stirling site is seeking an Engineering Manager to translate strategy into safe, reliable, and sustainable operational performance. You will lead the Maintenance team and collaborate with site leaders and partners to deliver day-to-day results and long-term improvements.

You will own asset care, facilities management, and capital delivery, ensuring reliability, performance, and value, while overseeing budgets and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Strong budget and capital planning skills.
• Contractor/service provider management experience.
