Job summary

Auror, based in Auckland, is seeking an Engineering Lead (Subject Recognition / Edge) to guide an on-prem face recognition platform, edge devices, and the detection pipeline.

You’ll define healthy deployments across cameras and sites, drive reliable production at scale, and align engineering with product, trust & safety, and customers. This role emphasizes privacy-conscious engineering, AI tooling, and building high-performing teams to expand Risk Detection globally.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core or newer.
• Experience with distributed and edge systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (GCP preferred).
