Qualifications

• Including NZ Annual Practising Certificate (APC) required.
• Current eligibility to work in New Zealand required.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in an acute setting.
• Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced and often unpredictable environment.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Support patients and whānau through urgent and complex health situations.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and best practice initiatives.
• Maintain professional standards and ongoing development through PDRP.
