Job summary

Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembly Technician to join our Christchurch electronics manufacturing team. You will assemble, solder, test and inspect electronic components to the highest quality standards, supporting production goals with precise workmanship.

You should have proven experience in electronic assembly, strong soldering skills, and the ability to read schematics and use hand tools and test equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronic assembly.
• Strong soldering skills.
• Good understanding of electronic components and circuitry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using hand tools and electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precision soldering of through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.
• Electronic assembly and wiring of products and sub-assemblies.
• Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies.
• Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintaining accurate production records and following workplace procedures.
