Job summary

Northstar Technical Services, based in Upper Hutt, Wellington, seeks an experienced Electrician to join a leading renewable energy team. You’ll deliver high-quality residential and commercial installations, fault-find, and take ownership onsite while communicating professionally with clients.

This hands-on role includes ongoing training in solar, batteries and emerging technologies, with opportunities to grow into leadership and specialist positions as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Current EWRB registration and practising licence.
• Strong electrical fault-finding abilities.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and think ahead.
• Professional communication with clients.
• Interest in solar and battery storage.
