Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Tauranga is partnering with an electrical company for multiple Electrical Trade Assistants on large-scale commercial projects. This hands-on role offers growth, a supportive team, and contracting rates with weekly pay.

The position is based on a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend opportunities and a pathway to more permanent work. NZ work rights and Site Safe certification are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the electrical industry.
• Valid site safe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid working rights in NZ.
• Reliable transportation to and from site.

Responsibilities

• Working on a large-scale commercial project such as Data Centres.
• Cable tray, ladder, and pulling.
• Cable termination.
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing electrical systems.
• Complying with electrical safety regulations.
• Digging, lifting, cutting, laying cable to assist other electrical workers.

About the role

We have partnered with an electrical company specialising in commercial large-scale projects across Tauranga who are seeking multiple Electrical Trade Assistants to join their efficient team. This role offers hands on work experience with a supportive team.
