Placements24 is offering an internship for an enthusiastic Electrical Engineering student or recent graduate in Queenstown. You’ll work with experienced engineers on power generation, distribution, and renewable energy integration, applying your academic knowledge to real projects.

You'll gain hands-on training, participate in site visits, and build essential technical skills while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of fundamental electrical engineering principles.
• Coursework or projects in power systems or renewable energy is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CAD familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with design calculations and preliminary system designs.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Participate in site visits and field inspections as required.
• Conduct basic testing and data analysis under supervision.
• Research technical specs and components for projects.
• Learn and apply relevant engineering software and tools.
