Job summary

Foodies, part of Foodstuffs, is seeking an analytical eCommerce Business Analyst to own critical reporting and dashboard solutions, delivering accurate insights to support business performance. You will work with data from multiple sources and drive automation to improve reporting reliability.

Required: 2–4 years in a BA/Data Analyst role, strong Python for reporting, and Power BI dashboards, plus a relevant Bachelor's degree. Flexible, hybrid work in Auckland, NZ.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong hands-on Python experience for reporting, automation and data analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working across multiple datasets and ensuring data quality.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain eCommerce dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Support and maintain automated weekly reporting processes, ensuring critical reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Python-based reporting and automation solutions.
• Validate, test and review code before release to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Work across multiple data sources and datasets to identify trends, support analysis and deliver meaningful business insights.
