Woolworths Group in New Zealand seeks a capable supervisor to help manage store processes and lead a small team in Ashburton. You’ll ensure timely order fulfilment, maintain quality standards, and support daily operations across the site.
The role emphasises process excellence, teamwork, safety, and customer service, with weekend shifts and at least one evening per week. You’ll work with a team Leader and swarm to drive efficiency and improvements.
