Job summary

Discover the DEN Ltd – Napier South, North Island, invites certificated or nearly certificated ECE teachers to join our nature-based program on two peaceful acres. You’ll work with a 100% qualified kaiako team and benefit from family‑friendly hours (8:15am–3:45pm) in a calm, supportive environment.

Full-time and possible part-time options are available. You will be supported by our leadership team and encouraged to foster warm, empowering relationships with tamariki and whānau while delivering

Qualifications

• Be fully qualified, nearly qualified or provisionally registered.
• Be a NZ resident.
• Demonstrate strong teaching practice and professionalism.
• Build warm, empowering relationships with colleagues.
• Deliver a safe, compliant environment.
• Be committed to excellent outcomes for tamariki.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a nature-based, two-acre setting.
• Join a team of 100% qualified kaiako with mentoring and leadership support.
• Maintain excellent ratios and a calm environment.
• Contribute to mentoring and ongoing professional growth.
• Support children in achieving strong developmental outcomes.
