Job summary

Capgemini in New Zealand is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our Business Applications Operations team. You will play a lead role across D365 F&O SCM, helping clients resolve issues, improve environments and extract more value from the platform.

You’ll deliver across a range of clients from managed services backgrounds, handling incidents, changes and releases while collaborating with developers and technical teams on integrations and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX, specialising in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in managed services, application support or live production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of incident, change and release management.
• Knowledge across several SCM areas, with warehousing, manufacturing, master planning or landed cost experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across D365 F&O SCM, troubleshoot issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Work across procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales and planning.
• Manage support requests through to resolution and keep clients informed.
• Deliver smaller enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvements along with developers for complex issues.

We’re looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to join our Business Applications Operations team. This isn’t your typical implementation role. You’ll work across a range of clients, helping them resolve issues, improve their D365 environments and get more value from the platform.
You will play a lead role in

• Supporting clients across D365 F&O Supply Chain Management, troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions.
• Working across areas such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales and planning.

Your profile

• A confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships, sharing knowledge and improving how things work.
