Job summary

St Paul’s College (Ponsonby) seeks a Certificated teacher to lead Mathematics and Statistics, with Science experience advantageous, starting Term 1, 2027. The successful candidate must be NZ registered and familiar with the NZ Curriculum, and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

The role supports the school’s Catholic Marist tradition and co‑curricular life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed educator who can inspire Year 7–13 students and contribute to the broader school

Qualifications

• Must be NZ registered and fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum.
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa required.
• Experience teaching Years 7–13 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics and Statistics to Years 7–13; lead or co‑lead the mathematics program.
• Support science teaching where possible and contribute to co‑curricular life.
