Wastemanagement8 in New Plymouth, NZ is seeking a Driver to operate modern collection vehicles across the Taranaki region. This role is physically demanding and outdoors, with early starts and a strong emphasis on health and safety.

You will work independently yet be part of a collaborative team, maintain vehicle safety checks, and ensure accurate time records while collecting recyclables and reducing waste.

Qualificações

• Customer-focused with good communication.
• Physically fit for outdoor work and lifting.
• Class 2 NZ driver licence required.
• Previous driving experience in waste collection is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain accurate work time records.
• Collect and sort recyclable materials, including glass and food waste.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
