Higgins Palmerston North is seeking an experienced Drainage Foreperson to lead our drainage crews across the Manawatū region. You will coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficient delivery of drainage works.

You will manage plans, read levels, mentor Leading Hands and crews, and maintain strong client communication while upholding Higgins’ HSE standards. This is a full-time, on-site role in Palmerston North with growth opportunities.

• Experience leading drainage or civil crews.
• Strong drainage construction knowledge.
• Ability to read plans, levels and specs.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
