Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and inventory control systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems.
• Experience in stores or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience with an F endorsement and OSH certificate.

Responsibilities

• Receive and receip t goods into the store and record accurately in the ERP system.
• Operate forklift daily as required.
• Move and weigh ingredients, manage dispatches for departments onsite and across Fonterra.
• Follow SOPs for safe and accurate materials handling and documentation.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate product movement and safe operations.
• Demonstrate safe driving practices and uphold health and safety standards.
