You will coordinate and dispatch outgoing orders, prepare shipping docs, schedule freight, and ensure items are ready for dispatch on time. Strong attention to detail, good IT skills with warehouse software, and solid team communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and dispatching outgoing orders
• Preparing shipping documentation and dispatch paperwork
• Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries
• Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch on time
• Liaising with warehouse staff and transport providers
• Monitoring dispatch schedules and resolving any delivery issues
• Assisting with stock movements and general warehouse support when required
