Job summary

HCLTech in Auckland is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to support modern workplace platforms used by global teams. You will handle incident response, changes, and Agile projects while delivering advanced support for desktop and server OS, including Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

Deploy applications with SCCM and Intune, collaborate across infrastructure, support, and security teams, and help shape a flexible, virtual-first work environment with diverse colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital workplace technologies.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM is a plus.

Responsibilities
