As a Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of a connected product portfolio, ensuring every decision is grounded in customer insight, market trends, and brand direction. You’ll shape the roadmap and lifecycle end‑to‑end, championing the voice of the customer while aligning your portfolio with our broader Connected Ecosystem strategy. From launching new features to enabling scale and consistency across the platform, you’ll collaborate with teams globally to maximise customer value, strengthen product adoption, and deliver seamless connected experiences.

Your main responsibilities include
  • Lead user, market, and competitor research to uncover insights and translate them into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery of connected products and digital experiences, guiding cross‑functional teams through ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
  • Champion the integration of physical and digital touchpoints to deliver seamless, high‑quality user journeys across the connected ecosystem.
  • Apply Lean and Agile practices to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Track and report on product KPIs, including revenue, engagement, registrations, and churn, to grow the active user base and recurring revenue.
  • Identify and pursue market opportunities, partnerships, and ecosystem integrations that drive innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with product lines, design, brand, IT, digital, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure portfolio coherence and successful product performance.
  • Ensure product compliance with privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements while championing data continuity, security, and customer privacy.
What you’ll bring
  • 4–7+ years’ experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles within global consumer, SaaS, or mobile‑first organisations.
  • Fluency Mandarin and lived experience with Chinese culture, enabling deep understanding of customer behaviours, market expectations, and product‑usage context across Chinese‑speaking markets.
  • Proven track record delivering customer‑centric digital products and connected appliance experiences, ideally spanning both hardware and software.
  • Practical expertise in user‑centred innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile) to develop, iterate, and launch successful products.
  • Strong understanding of connected device ecosystems, integration protocols, and digital platforms supporting recurring revenue and subscription models.
  • Experience building and managing effective internal and external partnerships to enhance product value, accelerate delivery, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Ability to translate market, customer, and behavioural insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience tracking and influencing key product KPIs (engagement, churn, ARPU, sales performance, etc.).
  • Comfortable collaborating across product lines, design, IT, marketing, and customer experience to ensure cohesive delivery and go‑to‑market success.
  • Effective communicator able to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
