Job summary

Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand in Nelson is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our haemodialysis team. The role offers a permanent position with 0.5–0.9 FTE and shifts from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, to support dialysis sessions across the day and evening.

You will provide haemodialysis care, work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team, and contribute to high‑quality patient outcomes in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Haemodialysis experience preferred for clinical confidence.
• Post-registration clinical experience welcomed in a renal setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy dialysis unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide haemodialysis for patients with shift work across days.
• Rostered Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM–8:30 PM to cover sessions.
• Work within a supportive team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
