Rocket Lab in Auckland, NZ seeks a Development Engineer II focused on Thermal Protection Systems (TPS). You will design and test TPS components for the Neutron launch vehicle, collaborating with analysis, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure performance under extreme environments.
You will own analysis tools, lead detailed drawings, and drive hardware and test article development, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting cross‑disciplinary teams.
