Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) in Auckland seeks an experienced Design Manager/Project Manager to lead design coordination across multiple major projects and mentor project teams. You will develop scopes for consultants, manage the Design Program, and implement Safety in Design, with extensive site exposure and a track record on projects over $60m to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
• Significant site exposure.
• Experience across commercial, education, health, correctional and residential projects.
• Significant experience on projects in excess of $60m.

Responsibilities

• Design management and coordination
• Client coordination and liaison
• Mentoring across multiple projects
• Develop scopes for consultants based on the Project Brief and Contract Requirements
• Develop and manage the Design Program
• Implement and manage the Safety in Design process
• Statutory Authority liaison
