What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing marketing and promotional material across print and digital channels
  • Developing creative concepts and campaign ideas from brief through to execution
  • Creating advertising artwork for billboards, publications, display advertising, social media and events
  • Managing production and delivery of marketing collateral, signage and branded assets
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Championing the Rabobank brand and ensuring consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Streamlining briefing processes and supporting marketing workflows
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, production partners and internal stakeholders

We're looking for someone who combines big-picture creativity with exceptional attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:
  • 5+ years' experience in a corporate, agency or in-house design role
  • Strong experience designing across both digital and print environments
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • A solid understanding of print production processes
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines
  • Basic animation and motion graphics skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under pressure
  • Experience working with DAM (Digital Asset Management) programmes
  • A collaborative approach and positive attitude

Bonus points if you've previously worked in a Design Lead role or have experience managing creative workflows and briefing processes.
