About the role
  • Give effect to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Assist in the overall leadership and management of our school
  • Collaboratively lead curriculum development and implementation of Te Mātaiaho, the refreshed NZ Curriculum
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, whānau, and the local community
  • Deputises in the absence of the principal.

  • Has proven curriculum knowledge and experience, especially in Literacy and Mathematics
  • Understands assessment, data, and effective pedagogy
